Bonnie is a proven Sales Operations and Effectiveness professional with a track record of improving revenue results through process improvement, compensation realignment and strategic planning. Her roles have been broad and diverse including Manager of Sales Operation, Director of Revenue Assurance and Vice President and Treasurer across the Insurance, Oil and Gas and Telecommunication Industries.

Bonnie has dedicated 10 years to improving revenue results through sales productivity programs in large business-to-business sales environments. Her exceptional results have delivered revenue improvements through comprehensive customer retention programs, strategic process enhancements, compensation plan alignment and sales productivity programs. She possesses the unique combination of strong leadership skills and intuitive perceptions that together allow her to produce innovative solutions to long standing problems.

Bonnie holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado in Economics with a minor in Mathematics and graduated Cum Laude. She has spoken on data mining techniques and customer retention strategies for telecommunication companies. She is on LinkedIn.
